Ages 3-4
- Contestants must be the age designated by the day of the contest
- Contestants must be a resident of Dyer County or attend a Dyer County School
- Contestants may wear short or long length dresses. Dresses should be appropriate to the age of the contestant
- Contestants must be currently and always have been of the female gender
- Winners of a division will NOT be eligible to compete again in the division in which they won
- Contestants must pay a $10 entry fee
- Entry deadline is Thursday, September 5th at 11:00 a.m. Please include the $10 entry fee with the entry form.
- Entry forms must be turned in to the Fair Office during the Fair or submitted online
- Entry forms will be available during the month of August at First Citizens National Bank and on our website
- The Queen’s Mother will be responsible for arranging any and all participation in local Christmas Parades for the top four contestants
- Check in time is 7:00 p.m. September 8th
