Premiums: 1st $50, 2nd $40, 3rd $30, 4th $20, 5th and below $10
- Open to any Dyer County resident or organization.
- Entries are limited and available on a first come basis.
- Bales must be reserved by August 25th, 2024
- Hay bales must be family-oriented in nature. Any subjective decorations will be removed.
- No commercial or political decorations are allowed.
- Decorations should be weather-proof and be maintained by the exhibitor through Saturday, Sept. 7th
