People’s Choice Award: $35.00 – voting will take place on Facebook the week of the fair
- Open to any Dyer County resident or organization.
- Entries are limited and available on a first come basis.
- Bales must be reserved by August 22nd, 2026
- Hay bales must be family-oriented in nature. Any subjective decorations will be removed.
- No commercial or political decorations are allowed.
- Decorations should be weather-proof and be maintained by the exhibitor through Saturday, Sept. 12th
