Premiums: 1st $100, 2nd $75, 3rd $50, 4th $40, 5th $30, 6th $25, 7th $20, 8th $15, 9th $10, 10th $5

One entry per individual, family, group, or organization.
Entries will be accepted Saturday, Sept. 2nd between 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM in the Family Living Center.
Entries must be hand made using natural materials.
No commercial costumes or masks can be used and must be agricultural or fair related.
Scarecrows must be self-supporting and weather-proof.
Entries will be displayed in various areas around the fairgrounds and will remain on display through Saturday, Sept. 9th.
Entries may be picked up on Sunday, Sept. 10th from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
